IKAR is placed in the heart of the seaside promenade, right by the sea, which leads to the lighthouse and port. This is the favourite place for going for a walk of tourists coming to our town. One has easy access to sandy and wide beach from here, it is sufficient to take a walk through the Coastal Landscape Park (approx. 70 m).
One may also take a walk to the city centre (approx. 500 m) or use own car (notice! car parks in the strict centre are payable in parking meters). One may also use very efficient public transport.
